This is an absolutely unique service from Gap HR Services. No other HR consultant will provide you with this level of service for a set fee! We want you to be able to deal with HR and any people issues yourself.

• an initial four hours training and coaching time with one of our HR experts to go through each document in detail, explaining the Employment Law aspects, and training you on how to customise it to protect YOUR business.   

• five coaching sessions in the following months to check that you have remembered what was taught in the initial session and have been able to apply it to your staffing issues, offering support where needed (total coverage 6 months).
