The Acas Helpline is the place to go for employees who are involved in an employment dispute or are seeking information on employment rights and rules. The Helpline provides clear, confidential, independent and impartial advice to assist the caller in resolving issues in the workplace.
However, if you feel you need more personalised help, please give us a call. We are happy to be your companion in grievance and disciplinary hearings, help you formulate your grievance / appeal, and offer a sympathetic ear to listen to your dilemma.
Recent help we have given to employees:
Change to contract - make clear the options for the employee so that he could negotiate with his SME employer to get the best outcome;
Grievance - helping write the grievance letter and preparing for the grievance hearing so that the corporate employer had to sit up and take notice;
